This One-Day Youth Conference is a very effective outreach ministry that is designed to reach youth (upper middle to high school aged) for Christ! The conference will include a contemporary Christian band for glorious worship and Christian Guest Speakers. Free Food, Games, Prizes, and a Free Concert prepare the hearts of these young people for challenging messages.

2. Help, Im Messed Up!
This Assembly Program uses Stand - Up Comedy as a springboard into sharing the gospel with the lost and to encourage the saved to find their true worth in Jesus Christ!
The goal here is simply to go from craziness to the Cross! Using my own insecurities as background material, I show how the love of God can over shadow any hang-ups and hurts that keep us from being who God wants us to be!Finding my worth in Jesus helped me to overcome:

I was at the mall the other day and decided to try out some Talking Scales. Their was a guy in front of me. He stepped on the scales and they said, One Hundred and Sixty Pounds. I stepped on them and they said, One Person At A Time Please
A life time of not fitting in:
I know that I am a messed up guy. Its only natural since I come from a messed up family. My Grandma was hilarious. She wore knee high hose. The problem is that she always wore panty hose. She only pulled them up to her knees! She walked around with a little basket hanging around her knees, but it actually was okay. It was great for holding her Rooster Snuff and T.V. Guide
I have never been the brightest bulb in the chandelier. My ignorance almost got my whole math class killed when I was in the fifth Grade. Our teacher was trying to teach us the metric system. To help us learn she had changed every thing in the class over to the metric system. Our rulers were metric. We had scales that were in metric. She had even changed our thermometer on the wall to metric. One morning it was kind of cold in the classroom and she asked me, Ronnie can you turn the heat on for us? I didnt understand the metric system at all. I set the temperature to 70 degrees. I didnt know it, but thats like 2000 degrees in metric! Kids were running and screaming! Their clothes were catching on fire. One was yelling, My eyes! They are melting
Were all messed up. We all do things that are messed up. We fail things we try. We sin when we try to do good. We are not as perfect as we wished we were. We dont look as great as we wish we did. If we focus on those things, we can find ourselves living defeated, discouraged, depressed lives. Yet, the Bible tells us that even through our imperfections, there is a God that loves us perfectly. In fact, He has already proven it. For God so loved the world, yes, even you, even me, that He sent His Son to make sure that He would spend eternity with you. You are so special to God that He would rather die than to live without you

3. Destined For Greatness
This Assembly Program is designed to show students that they can realize and reach their life goals by helping them understand that they already have the tools they need to pursue their dreams! I will use a lot of humor and the acronym D.E.S.I.G.N. to show the students how God has already designed them to fulfill His plan for their lives. He has already given them everything they need to live out the life that He has given them through Christ!
By having a better understanding of their:

ESIRE - God has created each of us with special motivations and desires to help us know how He wants us to serve Him.

XPERIENCES - God allows you to experience certain things in order that you many be useful in fulfilling His purposes.
S
PIRITUAL GIFTS - Every Christian has at least one spiritual gift given to them by God that enables God to work through them.
I
DEAS - We are told that we can grow to have the mind of Christ. That means that we can, at times, think the way Jesus does about things. We can even have ideas that would please God if we tried them.
GIFTEDNESS - God has given us natural gifts and abilities, talents and skills that help to define what we do with our lives.
NATURE or PERSONALITY - All of us have a certain Personality that comes to us naturally. Often we are quite different from others. Some are more outgoing while others are more shy and quiet. When you are saved God doesnt always change your personality. He does, however, change your focus.
They can truly live out His Dreams for their lives!
If this is a public school setting that may restrict the sharing of the Gospel, this assembly can be done using the same principles to encourage students to tap into who they already are in order to live the life that they were meant to live. While caution will be taken to respect the wishes of the school to not evangelize, the students and teachers will be encouraged to seek God for His wisdom in using these areas of life to truly fulfill their greatest potential.
